seriously- if this was such a good deal, there wouldn't be an issue getting funding. Copper might be doing well, but there's a lot of work & money required to turn this back into a copper mine.

That's because it's not.
Funding mostly used to pay off debt and sureties I believe..with a $5-6m left over, for 2 years production?

Probably need more money at some stage as well.
