If you hire a haulage contractor, with pit shell( easy as open pit and prestrip done ) so they are paid per tonne of crushed ore to the EM concentrator up to 450kt they have spare. the toll treater from delivered ROM to pad from haulage contractor produced ore and charged a fee. it’s not that bad a situation , the ore isn’t complex so isn’t hard to treat not the best grade but descent profit , whether the same management will be there in 24 months and production I’m unsure….
