First post from me after the original JV announcement- a reply to you about the related ownership issue.
It's hard to see a confidentiality issue when surely EMP investors should have had the right to know at first instance that there were multiple links to the JV party from within EMP.
These types of things rarely end well from what I have seen over many years.
And yes they have cash. EMP usually does. That is a consequence of ongoing and quite frequent raisings.
Only difference between now and a few years ago is that the raisings and stock used to above 3c... look at it now.
The words sinking ship do come to mind.
Would love to be wrong of course but it seems to be a lot of rinse and repeat with hopes about Judith, but still no drilling partner on the horizon.
