I don't know why you guys seem so negative about these Gold Mining Licenses - were you seriously in EMP for the gold? You do know about the Gas... right?

Further, no one on these forums seemed to do any reasearch and found out who the "London based unlisted company" was, only I've shared the info here... was it what I shared that turned you off? Or did you do your own reasearch, find out who the major shareholders are of Herencia Resources that would be backing this JV? Have you investigated their history with Herencia and relationship with management?

Do you know who the current vendor of the licenses are? Did you reasearch what other businesses they do? Or other licenses they hold? Dig a little...

Seems like the 'smells fishy' silly comment and gut feelings are just that!

Do some DD, perhaps that will calm your nerves on a stock you no longer hold!
