Or did you do your own reasearch, find out who the major shareholders are of Herencia Resources that would be backing this JV? Have you investigated their history with Herencia and relationship with management?

Do you know who the current vendor of the licenses are? Did you reasearch what other businesses they do? Or other licenses they hold? Dig a little...

Seems like the 'smells fishy' silly comment and gut feelings are just that!

Do some DD, perhaps that will calm your nerves on a stock you no longer hold!

geee can CD get a deal done they have gas apparently but no wants to touch and then lets buy a gold mine again no one wants to touch until EMP turns up have no money dyor and your might find directors just keep their lifestyle going
