I'm not sitting and sniping. I am a lot more proactive than you might imagine
I have lost a lot in this company and would naturally be ecstatic if i could regain some or all of my investment...i would naturally support anything which has a good outcome for shareholders and I would throw my weight behind Mal if his proposal would have this effect. I am sure he would do a better job than his " hand picked" Board
The point I was simply making is that these Administrators do this for a living.They will discgarge their duties to creditors and if, in so doing, they can get the best deal for shareholders, I'm sure they know to go for that option
