i really hope you are right and a decent management team and company absorbs and we get something for it - just glad I exited 1/2 immediately after that ridiculous halt

imagine a nice 1 share in new company offer for every 2 -- wow that would be a warm welcome to an otherwise total decisive failure of epic proportions.

i suspect decent employees got caught in this much rather they keep jobs then get a partial payout (also leaving us with nothing..).
