Unfortunately, shareholders are not classified as creditors and have no vote. And the ASX has denied shareholders the right to vote earlier this year when granting JRV the waiver to hold a meeting. The creditors will go with the DOCA proposal. This process is just going through the motions, it is and was all arranged behind closed doors. Shareholders are, in the end, just cannon fodder. I have been through experiences like this before and it is still very disheartening. I had a glimmer of hope with the appeal that was lodged in Houston but that doesn't seem to have any effect on the administration here.
