We can go around in circles or live in hope that @Deme's activist Group may achieve something for all us Australian investors but it seems clear to me and stated back in Feb 2025 by Bryce Crocker "Unfortunately shareholders wont receive any value as part of the lender recapitalisation proposal". So I guess with the benefit of hindsight the Company had far to much debt in a cyclical commodity and were not able to deliver enough during the down cycle - Thanks China !!!
So now the American's will benefit from this Millstreet takeover !!!
I will be pissed off if Bryce or any of his management team are or will be on the Millstreet payroll when this proposal goes through.
So we Aussies are caput / terminated - and the ASX watch-dog let it happen & don't give a shit !!!
