when you announce a favorable announcement, u usually go in details to explain the reason, when u announce a bad announcement, u will wrap up in summary and short!
copper still down 10% from AIS possible breakeven point of US3 dollar, and they dont have water, they can afford to pay principle and interest... and they dont have certainty on water... well, the extention is not mercy, the creditor just takes chance for copper market to improve, so that they at least dont lose all...
