Do someone know if AVZ could still turn down CATH?

Another potential scenario would be the West finally realized they need Lithium, thank God they took their time.

Then they are buying like crazy hence the SP appreciating everyday (I have never such constant rise day after day without any retrace)

Then we cancel the deal and we can sell those 24% for much more than previously agreed with CATH.

This would be a good scenario ONLY if management has already decided a TO is their preferred option and we can no more act upon that decision.

Because instead of selling the remaining 51%, we would be selling 75%, so 3$ becomes 4.5$ and is much more palatable.
