So if it’s not arbitration holding up things, then what’s holding up mining rights and the mining licence??
Isn’t it as simple as the government saying they want so much rights and AVZ pay them for the mining licence to then be issued?? Is there are formula to apply or can the DRC make whatever they like up? If it’s the latter, perhaps the amount the DRC want and the amount AVZ can afford are just too far apart.
So forget about ownership issues atm…what’s the hold up with mining rights??
