There is the chance you will get them below the SPP price but you also have to consider the reason why each of the companies you listed were raising money. This isn't for purely working capital, it is buying a cash flow positive business which will (in the future) contribute positive cash flow and provide near term opportunity.
Personally, unless the markets have a melt down if the US FED raises interest rates or some other reason, I would be surprised to see much, if any liquidity below 7.5cents.
