    There is no doubt canary is not happy with Moelis taking over corporate advisory role and that has probably affected the take up of entitlement offer from existing SHs. Hence the extension. All a bit ugly and mirrors some of the unannounced departure(s) from the company that have been alluded to in earlier/other threads. Hopefully the CR gets a good outcome and we start making some progress… DL
