without news I feel most will pass on the raise - I suspect most, even many of us who are supportive of HTG want to see some real news before they partake
without news the obvious position is that in any broader market event you may well get them cheaper than the raise price
this raise has been an absolute cluster (IMHO) - one can only hope that given the SP pain and overall angst it has caused the General and PG take away a few hard lessons on investor management and relations
