    Last quarter they spent $1.5M more than they brought in, leaving just $4M in the bank. Cash could easily be down to $2-$2.5M now, or worse, so I'm guessing that they have no option but to try and raise now. They didn't raise anywhere near enough last time, and revenue/receipts have not gown as quickly as anticipated is my guess.
