The most important clause is the following:
SALE OF LOAN SHARES:
If the loan becomes due and payable under the loan agreement and the Participant has not repaid the amount of the loan in full within 21 days of the due date, the Participant will forfeit their interest in the Lon shares as full consideration for the repayment of the outstanding loan balance and the company may either take such action in the participants name or direct that the participant take such action .....etc

On 4/2/21 WHA directors cancelled the trial 13.4375 M shares and associates loans at $0

AND DIRECTORS ARE WONDERING WHY SHAREHOLDERS ARE NOT TAKING UP THE RIGHTS ISSUE??

With actions like the above, what would you expect WHA Directors???
