My understanding is your shares in WHA become shares in WNX, same for same.

I am receiving multiple emails imploring me to take up the offer, which I decline. This along with the date extension leads me to suspect the take up is not favorable, no surprise after the conduct of our Board specifically the cancelling of the debt acquired by the Employees and Family in the take up of Loan shares. Note the debt was cancelled but the shares were not.

This along with the disastrous running of the Business to date leads me to have no faith whatsoever in the Board.

I fear this may not relist at all but if it does I will be lining up to quantify my tax loss.
