Can anyone improve on this, explained it in more detail or correct me if I am wrong. My understanding off your question Afoolisa24 is that:
a. WHA shares currently at 50.1c will automatically be converted to WNX shares (@ 15c per share??); and
b. investors with WHA shares can choose, if they wish, to participate in purchasing the non renounceable shares.
