I don't have an issue with a company raising money.

I have an issue with a company trying to raise money at the lowest possible price per share before a consolidation to avoid giving retail a discount when sophisticated investors laughed Kel out of the room.

Unless your company is a registered charity you actually have to show investors how hard you have been working to improve shareholder value. MHC management have done Excactly zero work for well over a year. And in return they will get zero charitable donations IMO.
