simply by trying to raise capital before a consolidation they can avoid a discount to ordinary retail shareholders. The company is trading as low as you can go on any exchange in the world. In fact I think the asx has the lowest cost threshold in the world with regards to a companies trading price only a couple more days till we find out what's going on hopefully?
