Hey hey this is interesting.
Blackham is doing a $12.3 m right offer, with $2.65m underwritten. Even if no retail shareholders take the offer, there will be only $5-6 millions less fund to be raised.
Is that a big deal? nope. people please don't forget this is a fund package deal not a purely CR, the $50m loan + $7.35m + $2.65m (and plus possibly $5-$6 millions will be taken by institute investors), that will get BLK more than $60 million cash injection.
So retail investors' participation (or not) won't have huge impact .
And don't forget, BLK management has very good tracking record to suddenly boost up the sp with a series of announcements, and make many of you guys regret not participating the CR.
For those "none-holders, who actually show far more" interest" than the holders and monitor BLK 24 X 7 to , can you please keep mouth shut for a while, and leave it with the holders to decide?
