Big Issue is that approx. $14M - $15M is due by December 31 2017.

Pacific Road have not signed off on finance, so I assume they will not do placement until it is signed off.

So I assume if placement is not received, by 31/12/2017, BLK can not pay the $14M - $15M.

This would lead to other problems with solvency on 31/12/2017 accounts.

Maybe Orion may grant delay, but like CCU, time is going to be a factor.
