That's fine however as another poster pointed out once accepted there are no refunds - so where will that leave holders and subscribers to the new share issue if Pacific Rd pulls the deal off the table? And why is it taking so long to execute the agreement? It was expected to be executed in a week and its now going on to 3 weeks? - Why is it taking so long? With all the discovery of high grade Au announcements why is the grade so low? Why do they shout 200k all the time when they can't even reach 100k - So many Questions and no answers. This new share issue even if partially successful will not cover the amount owed to Orion in December - Pacific rd is a Good operator from what I have been told and like I said before if this deal proceeds I will change my sentiment because it would mean they can see something in this project that might warrant a trade and in the short term BLK would be safe. However the risk everyone takes right now is waking up one morning and BLK being in a trading halt and in VA because the deal falls over and there will be no escaping that trading halt all will be lost.

These guys will still stuff their faces with Turkey and Christmas pudding without any worries in the world - Sad news for holders no Christmas cheer in this announcement at all.
