Interesting move by the company. Obviously some people don’t want the full offer to be taken up at 12c. If they keep buying and selling to themselves at 10c it’s inevitable that some retail holders and day traders will be tricked into selling. In some cases they may even spare a few hundred thousand shares to make it look real. But, there’s a time limit. Now, they just need to play this game a bit longer.
Blk, GCM....some bad blood in the pass... anyway, life goes on. Hope this Pacific Road deal will get finalised soon enough.
