Worth noting that MEL prolonged the offer period for both the options issue and the previous cap raising; so not out of character either. Phil seems very focused on giving shareholders an opportunity and that feeds into this extension. Like others have mentioned - sometimes I wish that they'd just do a quick and dirty placement; but that almost guarantees the very scenario that people seem to be worried about now.
