would love to see the registry data to know who is selling to crush this sp under the entitlement offer price. Sounds awfully similar to what regal did to ven and then took up the whole entitlement offer and ven was at the mercy of regal for many months. bevause think about it, no clients of theirs will take up this offer so they will end up will a few million $ worth at a minimum id say, thats not great for such a small illiquid mkt cap company. They will want their money back eventually and they will hold alot od oppies and would be sure they will be happy to exit at break even and hold the oppies id need be....are you happy to have them sell into every piece of news for the next 3 months trying to exit their position. Better hope this isnt the case.
