Id be concerned if i held, only because i went through this last year with regal and just when i thought things were getting going our underwriter to our spp, yes regal, took the sp into their hands and crushed us then sold into every piece of good news we had for months. 100% they extended this to save themselves here. Imagine managment telling blue ocean(lets assume its not blue ocean selling down here on purpose) that they are going to have to buy x amount of million for a premium of say 4-8% on a stock so illiquid they might have to hold back tihe price for who knows how long to enable them to exit....not a nice convo for anyone involved there. On the other hand it is ocean blue. They collect the oppies. Sell the heads for break even or a pip or so in the money but for shareholders its the same story. No shares traded now are eligible for the offer unless they apply for a larger allocation and get it....all a guessing game atm, would of been great to just have the spp at a discount like originally planned and everyone wins.
