They can extend, that is fine, it is what it is.
I will get annoyed however if they at some point in the future refer to this offer as an opportunity for shareholders to participate in a CR.
Now what they could have done is offer the same discount to retail investors as they offered to the instos plus the options. Being such a small amount of shares it would not drive the share price down to that offer price but it would give an impression of fairness to both retail shareholders and instos alike.
The news of the funding is now forgotten. Pressure is building for those offtakes! As without offtakes, the finance LOI's will also disappear.
