I don't know if it was stated in the prospectus in some shape or form but such is the speculative nature of this I presumed there was a possibility that I would lose my money completely. But I do feel the odds of a complete lose is lot better than buying a lotto ticket or 50/50

As speculative as it is, try is not just an exploration company with nothing but tenements and hopes that drill will eventually prove up enough reserves to justify raising $100m plus to develop a mine.

Makes all the difference that try has a fully operational processing plant in place, proven reserves in the Smarts underground for 2 years of production and a PEF that shows it is viable.

IMO the majority of the risks involves proving up reserves to feed the mill beyond the 2 years, I am reasonably confident another 2 years of reserves can be proved up but beyond that I can only hope

Another way to look at it is that Troy is an exception to the exploration company rule.

It has a plant (rare for an exploration company) and some proven reserves.

It also has $millions of debt (also rare for an exploration company)!
