BGH screwed over Village cinemas. Never trust them again.
They had a high bid kept asking for 2 or 3 week expents then covid hit. They walked away and came back a year later at $1 less.
EQT are in IT growth companies, IRE has consistent cashflows to leverage up and still to extract synergies from current assets.
