I'd appreciate any further info you can add as I can't really see how any process route can compete with a Heap Leach option with 91% U Recovery? At best with flotation / ATL you'll get 95%, so why bother with the CAPEX of the latter option? It would never stack up with NPV.

As I say, if I could see more on the mineralogy, I'd be able to comment on the function of the float circuit. There would have to be some compelling reason to include this. Is IML doing the testwork? SGS? AMMTEC?

During my visit to Rössing a few years ago, I examined the remains of the Trial Radiometric sorting equipment (is that what you mean by mag sorting?). If the size by grade relationship is suitable, it's a very cheap way to upgrade low grade ores.
