Announced on the 17th of November last year now extended to the 31st of May that's over 6 months DD to just to get to a point that will " provide a pathway " to a formal agreement being executed ! how long after that to actually get the $$$ in the bank account ?

This was close to a $3b market cap company when it last traded now its almost out of cash and is struggling to secure $20m to keep all its legal cases progressing
