So yes, I think it is best to wait given this will most likely be sold and or we go the distance of incsid in which case Locke funding may be the only option.

Where in the announcement did it say Locke weren’t going to fund? Given price it makes perfect sense to explore all options before committing (The Ann would have said Locke are no longer interested in funding if that were the case, don’t you think?).

You are reading an awful lot of hopium between the lines there - any reasonable person would conclude Locke has asked for an extension of the DD period and AVZ have agreed. The exclusivity side of the term sheet looks pretty clear to include all funding - If AVZ run with someone else there is a $1m break fee payable to Locke.

any chance for once you can post a civil on topic reply debating my counter view without diversions to property values in FNQ or personal attacks and profanities. ?
