What matters has always been icisd and icc outcome.
Icisd should very soon conclude the reinstatement of license and the stoppage of further works. That's enough to crush drc dreams of a battery hub whilst lining a few pockets.
As for icc. A liquidation of the fine basically bankrupts comminiere and in doing so the tables are reversed, avz is cashed up, comminiere loses the war of attrition. Will zinjin show cards publicly or simply buy avz? What woild be the logical conclusion for an international organisation?
What about delist? Does it matter? Avz is unlikely to ever raise funds on market as it would be a ridiculously low price if they didn't have the asset secured. Any funds would be debt funding. Delisting is therefore an embarrassment and an inconvenience for all of us, but to suggest it's a deathblow is yet another wasted investment by our most invested member or yet another joke by the chief clown..
