I know what the wording says. but you honestly have to be smarter than to think we have gotten this far, and won the court cases. which includes some fairly hefty payouts. to leave it up to the chance of the safety net finance being 'shaky'. again... this funding wouldn't be the primary aim. if it was, we would have locked(pardon the pun) it in by now.
I know you are falling on the negative side of AVZ. but even you gotta understand that doesn't make sense. far too much on the line to leave it up to chance. this would have been squared away.
and if you don't think that... it's also fine. agree to disagree. I understand you are eager for AVZ to fail. I'm not looking at this entirely with the glasses on, I feel AVZ probably could have managed cash better knowing they were in for a long run in the courts. but for me... there is too much to gain to just roll over on a shaky safety net finance option as the backup.
