I had a government promoter ask me who was Celestin Kibeya, so obviously he is not being promoted as a thief in the DRC.
On hotcopper we only have the toilet and super hooter to respond to.

I do use X & have targeted the President & Cominiere. The cowards at Cominiere have blocked me for asking legitimate questions (no abuse).
