    It was the 0.5t pilot plant that was being shipped to Sunday... I assume that was part of the due diligence although I'm not sure. I would have expected to see an announcement that it had been delivered, or successfully tested.

    I suppose it doesn't really matter, if the announcement today can be believed, then WUC are satisfied with what they're buying so next steps are more procedural with formalisation of the takeover offer and our vote etc.
