    why sell now? It has been said "a bird in the hand is worth 2 etc" .. the deal could still fall through and if it does the SP will plummet again. Holding on till we can get 55c instead of 47.5c today is a gamble - but if we hold on and the deal falls through there may be another later.. ? The SP may rise in future when and if ICQ business picks up, anything can happen
