i don’t think finance would be an issue. the last statement in the announcement the media highlighting as negative are just three standard line and it was there since the offer. it is just a negative press to pick as many in market imo. there wouldn’t be anyyhing less than $5 as management already highlighted since the beginning that they wouldn’t even put forward for shareholders consideration. only way is higher than $5 is possible for a bidder imo
