yeah, I remember the proposed KKR takeover of Ramsey health care. Gee did the Ramsey board stuff that right up. Final bid was $88 at the time Ramsey was trading around $40. Now its $34ish.
Funding costs went up so they pulled the bid. Ramsey were dicking around, instead of saying where do we sign.
