Doubt it is anything other than bidders wanting a complete accurate picture , as bidders would be looking far forward and not overly concerned with the markets froth at this moment . The line regarding allowing bidders time to "finalise debt funding and do associated due diligence " and do finalisation of scheme terms reads like a deal is going ahead to me , possibly at a higher figure ? imho.
