Yep, sounds like a done deal, due diligence completed and J-Power still wanting to enter into an implementation agreement, just need more time to pull it together. Extension of the exclusivity period sounds like buttering both sides of the bread, surely they had there time, if they need additional time to finalise, then they possibly need to 'compete' against others that might show an interest.
It's been great to have the sugar hit to the share price, but feels like a missed opportunity that would have arisen in the next 6 - 24 months.
