Company would have to stand on own two feet before LG contribute - if at all. Be surprised if the latter given the emphasis on a paying partner after ski but always expecting surprises
No commitment from public sector / publicly held companies until other ducks line up
Sponsor + banks then govt + LG or LG + govt
logical order, otherwise cart before the horse stuff as one resident know it all likes to put it
CV speaks for itself and room for salary growth if its a goer
