in reality I think everything has just been pushed back same across the whole ree/ev stuff with world dynamics as they are,due to the big end still sorting out the money making program out of it all,and how they can fill their pockets the best whilst transitioning into it to be most profitable and how much they can make pumping up and down the market now with the world expectation that it’s going to happen now not it might..
