Good to see that Canada is still in the game and gives ASM options to fund Dubbo. Dubbo Stage 1 is looking like $600M of debt funding which could down two paths, given Canada and US not in the mood to 'share'. Canada's $400M + Australia's $200M OR US EXIM providing the whole $600M. I would say the US option is a clear favorite but having a Plan B will help in risk management and negotiations.
