I find it interesting that Canada gave an initial 12month LOI expiry, yet the USEXIM had no mention of an expiry date. On ASMs track record of poor disclosure, as 12 months has passed since we were issued with the LOI for USEXIM, with no news and no renewal, with a change in Government, should we consider that offer now gone. Or without an expiry date is the LOI in play for another 1000 years, about the time it will take for ASM to get Dubbo producing.
