    20% bump in pay - 75% decline in share price. His original contract was due to expire in June 2024. So he gets another 3 years to oversee the NMT demise. Best to lock in the big salary now ,hopefully they will still be able to pay him in 2026.
    At least the shorters will be able to cover and provide a large portion of the raise when the emergency rights issue/ capital raise comes., and it will need to have a strong bonus element (read discount). I am speculating around $20 -$30m will need to be raised JIMO
