this is just from their scoping study, they are in the same situation as MLM are in regards to environmental approvals etc. However they are pinning their hope on Mitsubishi letting them add to their wharf as per the drawing. MLM can build their own on the northern side. I Unless someone comes in and swoops up both MLM and DRX which is what I can smell in the air. Seems pointless to build two separate ship loading facilities.
