Someone else mentioned that they're happy to hold as major holders haven't sold yet. There isn't the volume to sell into. These would usually be done by an off market transfer, but still, you need to find a willing buyer.
Also, management and the executive have a vested interest in keeping the company going, they will dress the announcements and do MOUs and do whatever they can just so they can keep getting paid.
At some point, the shareholders need to have accountability for their own decisions. The writing is on the wall, but some are looking at the guy in the shiny suit holding a brand new MOU.
